CAN I TRUST YOU?

Of course! We use state-of-the-art website security solutions to make sure your transactions are safely encrypted (see the padlock icon in the browser's address bar).

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status by filling out our order status form. See the Order Status Menu Item.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 4-7 business days. Please note that in some cases it may take up to a week for a tracking number to be active. This is normal and it's not a reason to worry. 

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Over 95% of orders gets delivered within 10 business days. However some orders (less than 5%) may take up to 30 business days due to high demand, shipping delays, severe weather conditions or national holidays.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days U.S. orders or 45 days for International orders of the date of original purchase, contact our support team to get a replacement resent or to get a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

Our items is shipped from a few different fulfillment facilities in the United States.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

The True Vine successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

In order to maintain the highest security standards we do not take orders over the phone. Internet orders are much more secure than giving your full credit card information using the unencrypted phone line.
